The view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a perfect view of the beach and sea. It made our New Year experience even more special. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, despite the language barrier. They were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.- The onsen facilities were fantastic, especially the rooftop one. It was a unique experience to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the beautiful view of the city.
The smell of cigarettes in the room upon arrival was quite unpleasant, but the hotel quickly provided a solution to eliminate the odor. The lack of English-speaking staff could be challenging at times, but they made up for it with their helpfulness and willingness to communicate.

Great sea view and spacious rooms. Location is close to shops and restaurants. Watching the first sunrise of the year is definitely unforgettable.
The hotel did not organize any special events for New Year's Eve, which was disappointing. the staff was not very enthusiastic and did not even greet us upon arrival.
